Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Nimantran website or Android app, which the Nimantran team provides. By using Nimantran you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Nimantran does

Nimantran lets you design wedding invitations, add your wedding functions and guests, and send each guest a personal invitation through WhatsApp or your phone's share options. Nimantran is currently free to use.

Your content and your guests

  • You are responsible for the names, details and messages you put into your invitations.
  • Only add people you have a genuine reason to invite, and only send them invitations they would expect. Don't use Nimantran for spam, bulk promotion, harassment or anything unlawful.
  • You keep all rights to what you enter. You give us permission to process it only so we can show and deliver your invitations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Don't include content that is hateful, obscene, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

WhatsApp and other services

Nimantran isn't affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, Google or any other service it links to. When you send through those services, their own terms apply, including WhatsApp's rules on messaging.

Designs

The invitation designs, artwork and app are owned by the Nimantran team or its licensors. You may use the invitations you create for your own celebrations, including sharing and printing them. You may not resell the designs or copy the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nimantran running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Please double-check dates, times and venues before sending. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll update these terms when we do. Continuing to use Nimantran after an update means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Nimantran is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages that fail to send, details entered incorrectly, or actions of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Ending use

You can stop using Nimantran at any time and delete your data from your device (see the Privacy Policy). We may restrict access if these terms are misused.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
